The Aosta Romana structure is located in the city in front of the Arch of Augustus,
the most important Roman monument, therefore close to the pedestrian area
and starting point for visiting all the historical sites of Aosta: the Roman Bridge, the aforementioned Arch of Augustus, the Praetorian Gate, the Roman theater.
The Cryptoporticus Forense located right next to the cathedral and finally the church of Sant’Orso with its splendid cloister.
Starting directly from the structure, you can reach several paths (divided by difficulty and length) that lead to numerous trails and "rus" of the hill and the Via Francigena.
By car, in a short time, you can visit all the lateral valleys to admire splendid natural panoramas, simple walks suitable for everyone, and for the more experienced, trekking at every level.
Children will certainly be interested in the Parc Animalier di Introd.
Furthermore, another pride of our region is the watchtowers and castles: Sarre, St Pierre with the museum of natural history, Aymavilles, Fenis, the fortress of Bard with permanent exhibitions and temporary exhibitions, and the castle of Queen Margherita Di Savoia in Gressoney.
For winter sports enthusiasts, the proximity to ski lifts and cross-country ski trails (the structure is about 1.5 km from the start of the Aosta Pila cable car) and finally, to relax, the Terme di Pre-Saint Didier and the Terme di Saint Vincent.
Our structure is only 1 km away from the train station.
